Renovation of the historical part of Palanga Botanical Park.
The park that surrounds counts Tiškevičiai palace was established in the end of the nineteenth century. During the renovation, some of the park tracks were reconstructed. They were reinforced using new technology that sustainably joined tracks into the environment. The park pond was cleaned, water supply, drainage and electricity adjustment, new lighting installation works were carried out. The main entrance to the park was fixed: beautiful artistic gateway was built, a pavement mosaic was created next to it, greenery and environment were nurtured. The reconstruction of the great parterre facing the palace was done: a fountain was refurbished, the structure of greenery was changed, new marble vases were built in the parterre, as well as metal pylons that were planted with climbers. These plants restored the image what was at the end of the nineteenth century when the park was established.
