The reconstruction of Vytautas Kasiulis museum located in Goštauto street 1, Vilnius. This museum is a historic neoclassical building. The abandoned building was reconstructed according to the requirements of modern museums: special lighting, alarm system, ventilation, moisture mode were installed. The building’s interior was renovated: relayed floor, suspended ceilings, changed windows, doors, wall plaster, equipped modern communications networks, and elevator. Repaired roof, performed insulation works, restored façade and cleaned outdoor space. The reconstructed building gained its initial appearance typical to the interior and exterior of the beginning of the twentieth century. The museum is modern and convenient to contemporary visitors also fitted to the disabled.
