Work project and other reconstruction works of the North building registered in the register of cultural values, located in Užupio street 2A, Vilnius, and forming a part of buildings set. During this project, foundation, walls masonry and plaster, ceilings, floors, stairs were restored. New internal and external engineering networks were equipped. The main attention was paid to the quality and preservation of history – in the second half of the seventeenth century this building was mentioned in historical sources for the first time. Užupis arts incubator has settled in this building. It is the first arts incubator in the Baltic States.
